I was diagnosed with Hashimotos about 6-7 years ago. I was an medication for several years but have been off medication for about 3 years against my doctors wishes. I went on a gluten free diet and felt much better with most symptoms gone. Recently I moved to Florida from NJ and have introduced bread into my life and my health has declined. I am lacking energy, suffering from migraines and anxiety. I need help getting my act together as I am finding it very hard to go back to my healthy diet. What insurance do you accept?

Unfortunately , I hear that a lot. It’s hard to resist the temptation of eating grains. The problem though is that they are hurting you and leading to a breakdown of your cells and body. Staying on the straight and narrow with Hashimoto’s is mandatory specially because it has an impact on brain function and can lead to brain degeneration at a much faster pace. So you can see that properly managing the autoimmunity is extremely important. Go back on your gluten free diet and stay healthy!
